Hal Janke, CBI, FIBBA, SBA, President of Omega Business Advisors and Sunbelt of San Diego Coast. Hal has been working with buyers and sellers in Franchises and Independent Businesses for over 20 years.

Prior to becoming a business broker/intermediary Hal Janke was President and owner of four retail/service businesses. Hal Janke is a CBI, Certified Business Intermediary, (highest designation in the industry), Mergers And Acquisitions (M&A Source), Member of IBBA, International Business Brokerage Association, Fellow of the IBBA (for outstanding dedication and service) and SBA (Senior Business Analyst).

Hal Janke was honored and recognized as the Top Salesperson of the Year receiving awards at VR, Sunbelt and Page-Olson nine different times in his business brokerage career.

Hal Janke majored in Business and Finance at Cal State Northridge and attended UCSD extension to further his business background. Additionally Hal served five years in the Marine Corp. in active and reserve duty in USMC, Marine Air Wing.

Hal has written numerous articles in business publications, newsletters, and has been a business broker/intermediary instructor for work shops and classroom presentations.  Hal is a team steward at his church.

Christine Manly is a native San Diegan, who brings forth over 25 years of business ownership and sales experience. She started her career in retail sales and moved to food service sales in the early 1990’s for Pepperidge Farm’s wholesale division. She doubled sales in the San Diego territory in the 4 years that she worked for the company. After leaving Pepperidge Farm, she went on to own a retail bakery for 4 years and later a very successful wholesale bakery for over 17 years. Christine became President/Owner of Chatilly Bakery, selling to restaurants, Universities, hospitals and caterers and employed a staff of over 20 people. Christine brings forth dedication, experience and an understanding of small to medium size businesses as a past entrepreneur. Greg Urata is a lifelong resident of San Diego and has been in the real estate business since 1988, and the mortgage loan profession since 1991.Always interested in business he started his own business opportunity brokerage in 1988 and in 1991 branched out into originating mortgage loans.
He has been an owner/manager of a real estate office which sold more than 300 homes and managed the loan department and escrow company as part of that real estate office. Out of the 36 franchise offices in San Diego County, his office was always first or second in production every month and was recognized and awarded multiple times.He worked for Bank of America as a loan officer overseeing mortgage loan origination and training 100 personal bankers in loan transactions for 12 branches in San Diego County. Linh Le, as a Business Broker Associate, for Sunbelt of San Diego Coast, is licensed bringing forth a vast business background.  He studied and majored in business at San Diego State University with an emphasis in marketing and advertising.  Linh speaks fluent Vietnamese.

Linh has started, managed, and sold over half a dozen successful businesses in the past ten years.  Including a cyber café which he started while in college at the age of 21, a cell phone store at start of the mobile communications bloom, a print & design company which had clients as small as a coffee shop to multi-million dollar corporations, 2 web stores which both saw profitability in the first three months of operation, and a contracting company with 15 employees with sales over $100,000 monthly.

As a past entrepreneur, Linh brings forth experience, dedication and a wide understanding of business acumen to his clients as part of the team of Sunbelt of San Diego Coast.  Linh is a faithful Christian and family man, who brings honesty and integrity to every aspect of the transaction and to all buyers and sellers.
