Hal Janke majored in Business and Finance at Cal State Northridge and UCSD extension. Hal continues to take advanced business classes in the business brokerage industry. Chip Alstrin is a ‘licensed and certified‘ business sales associate. He has been on both sides of buying and selling with his own business entities during the past 22 years in the home services industry. As a former business owner, he gained practical knowledge in the areas of preparation of the annual financial budgets, handling of lease negotiations, vendor contracts, and planning of the marketing budgets. His greatest achievement was taking the struggling California Closets franchise in Chicago and growing the revenues to over $5,000,000 dollars. While with California Closets, he served on various committees, received several awards for sales growth and excellence in customer service. In addition, he was the Executive Manager of an investment group that purchased a multi-tenant commercial property to expand into manufacturing for his company.

Chip joined Omega Business Advisors/Brokers with the intention of fulfilling his passion for helping others in achieving their dreams and goals of owning a business to build wealth.
